Peter Bressler is a graduate of Stanford University and did his medical training at the University of Arizona. He did his residency in Internal Medicine and his fellowship in Endocrinology at University of Texas San Antonio Medical Center. He is board-certified in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism.

Dr. Bressler has extensive clinical experience in both Type I and Type 2 diabetes, particularly in the areas of diabetes technology involving continuous glucose monitoring and pump management. In addition, he sees patients with thyroid problems, osteoporosis, pituitary and adrenal disorders.  

Starting in his fellowship training, Dr. Bressler has been interested in clinical research in diabetes. He has served as principal investigator on multiple Phase III clinical trials involving medications for patients with Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes as well as cardiovascular disease.

He has four children and three grandchildren. He enjoys  spending time with his grandchildren and going on bike rides with his wife.
