We’re excited to share that North Texas Endocrine Center is the first practice in Texas to offer the d-Nav® Insulin Management Program for our patients with type 2 diabetes who inject insulin.

This program delivers d-Nav Technology, an app on your smartphone that recommends how much insulin to take each time you inject, based on your current and historic glucose readings. You also get trained and experienced clinical staff to support you remotely with regular monitoring and check-ins.

The American Diabetes Association has adapted a standard of care that recommends frequent insulin dose adjustment. That’s because more frequent dose adjustments result in patients better managing their blood sugar levels, improving their A1C and staying in range. d-Nav Technology, which is FDA cleared, enables us to achieve this standard of care.

The d-Nav team will be an extension of our practice, to help you successfully manage your insulin therapy. We will still be your diabetes practice and continue to oversee all your care.
